Where to play

• Humberstone Heights Golf Course, Gipsy Lane, Leicester, LE5 0TB: Leicester City Council runs a 9-hole and an 18-hole FootGolf course here, both booked through the pro shop. Listed prices for non-members: 18 holes £15.30 and 9 holes £9.60, or family tickets at £42.10 and £26.40. Pay-as-you-go members pay £13.80 and £8.70, concessions £11.50 and £7.20, and juniors £6.70 and £4.60. The short 9-hole course is listed as open 8am to 7pm every day. Football hire is £2, or bring a size 5 ball, and football boots are not allowed. Call 0116 299 5570.
• Markeaton Park, Derby, Markeaton Park, off Markeaton Island, DE22 3AL: A 9-hole, 997-yard course on the park's pitch and putt site, run by Derby City Council. The council's page lists opening only for 2025 (weekends, bank holidays and school holidays from 5 April to 2 November, 10.30am to 4.30pm, weather permitting), so check the 2026 dates before you travel. Prices are on a separate council prices page.
• Horsehay Village Golf Centre, Telford, Lawley and Horsehay Village Golf and Fitness Centre, Telford: A par 32 FootGolf course run by Telford and Wrekin Leisure Services. Its page lists prices from 1 January 2026 for adults, juniors and families, but the figures did not display when we read it, so check the page or ask the centre.

Prices, hours and booking rules are as listed on each venue's own website or booking page when we checked on 18 October 2026. Venues change them often, so confirm with the venue before you travel.

Listed elsewhere, but not confirmed

These places show up in older directories or searches. We could not confirm that they offer FootGolf today, so we have not listed them as venues.

• The Shropshire Golf Centre, Muxton, Telford: Older guides list a FootGolf course here as a second Telford venue. The centre's website would not let us read it, and we found no current FootGolf page, so Horsehay is the Telford venue we can confirm.
• War Memorial Park, Coventry: Tourism sites still list a course on the old pitch and putt site. The council's FootGolf page now leads to its football pitches page and its list of facilities in the park does not mention FootGolf, so we could not confirm it is open.
• Leam Valley Golf Centre, Rugby: Older pages list FootGolf here. The centre's own website shows a driving range, lessons and a shop, and does not mention FootGolf.
• Tapton Park, Chesterfield: Listed in older directories. We found no official page for it.
• Nottingham and Nottinghamshire: A 2016 article listed six courses around Nottingham, including Leen Valley, Edwalton, Oakmere Park, Riverside and Trent Lock. We found no current page on a venue's own website for any of them.
• Cold Ashby, Northamptonshire: Trade news reported it as the county's first FootGolf course. The club's website did not load when we checked.
• Birmingham, Solihull, Stoke, Hereford and Worcester: People search for FootGolf in these places. We found no venue on a venue's own website in any of them.
